*Responsible for quantitative & qualitative analysis to support business and operations activities and priority projects. This includes sales pipeline, revenue, margin, spend, savings, supplier information, transactions, etc.*Provide insights of business and operations performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actions to problem solve as required.*Translate data driven insights to support various executives and stakeholders presentation to facilitate business and service operations review, budget preparation, strategy planning and execution, business and operations decision making*Pipeline Management – proactively works with key stakeholders in forecasting new business trends to propose improved processes to ensure organizational and program goals are met and/or exceeded.*Present and communicate analytical modelling results to stakeholders in a simplified structure with clear business metrics*Business Data Stakeholder – works to define data can be used to improve outcomes for business, identifying how existing business, processes, materials and platform can be improved through the use of analytics.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

perience required5 - 10 years’ experience in ICT Service providers environment who manages BusinessImprovement program environment in the business and operations●● Excellent analytical skills including statistical analysis and financial modellingExperience in building and delivering complex budgeting spreadsheets, reporting tools andbilling systems●● Demonstrated ability to think strategically and improve workflow processes● Detailed understanding of forecasting and presenting financial and non-financial data● Superior communication skills, including executive messaging● Strong Influencing skills and mastery of the English language● Excellent internal and external relationship management skillsAdvanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Exposure in Power BI and databasetechnologies will be an added advantage.●● Experience in working with large volume of data and trend discovery● Familiar with SFDC, ITSM and data warehousing● Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Google Analytics etc.Strong project management skills with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiplegeographies●● Delivering results amidst resource constraints and ambiguity
