To lead the construction team of engineers and supervision.To review and monitor site works productivity and arrange for resources.To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used.To report project progress to Management.To plan, manager, monitor and control project operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture or Construction Management or Building/Structural Engineering or its equivalentAt least 10 years'' working experience, preferably in building/construction industryOverall responsible for site administration, cost, schedule, quality, safety and security controlTo be able to establish excellent rapport with clients, consultants and relevant authorities as well as motivate and lead a team of engineering personnelWell-versed in MS Office and MS ProjectProficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken
