* Ensure product launch in time pf planned schedule * Monitor quality in the market and take necessary countermeasure for improvement* Staff management * Negotiate with vendor for epidemic failure compensation* Negotiate quality improvement with vendor after quality check done by business division in Japan or overseas factory* Prepare development documents * Production shipping inspection/arrival inspection of 1st lot of production

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

* Japanese language proficiency or experience in Japanese company are added advantage * At least 10 years experience in Quality control or product development
