•Work closely with National Sales Companies in ASEAN/ Oceania to manage PSI together, to increase sales to achieve business plan, to achieve profit target.•Work closely with domain in Japan, factory in some countries to create strong products, maximize sales, maximize profit. •To execute marketing strategies, integrated marketing plan and activities to achieve the set growth, market shares and profitability goals. •Develop new channel for new and strategic product category such as water purifier, saloon trimmer, toilet sheet and so on. Negotiate with domain, factory, national sales company to launch new product category in the region. •Lead national sales companies to develop such new channels, new products to grow new business.•Encourage the team members to achieve goal of sales, profit, market share.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

•Bachelor’s degree (Major in marketing & business study preferred)•Some past experience in product planning/ product marketing preferred•Past experience in home appliances preferred•Experience in sales, marketing preferred.•Experience in new channel development preferred.•Experience in team management preferred.•Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel.•Travel require both domestic & international
