•To handle and manage renovation projects•To work with designers on materials searching , projects co-ordination and renovation needs•To plan and work out on project schedule •To oversight site project and ensure project progress as scheduled•To check renovation defects and solve site problems •To visit site for measurements and progress report•To manage local team•To prepare estimation for the customer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

•A team player with teachable heart and willingness to learn is strongly needed •Knowledge in Microsoft software such as Excel and Word •Well planner who are able to meet datelines•SPM , UEC or any of its equivalent•Able to communicate in basic business English
