- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness

- Liaising with Japan HQ regarding purchasing matter via email/calls by utilizing Japanese language skill

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- Candidate must able to speak/write/read in Japanese language.

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
