● Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. ● Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer''s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. ● Working hours would be 9am to 6pm. Subjects to change depends on business needs. ● Support customers via chat system/email. ● Maintain customer records by updating account information. ● Ad hoc tasks when required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

● Candidate must be able to speak and write in Japanese/English ● 1-3 years experience in customer support experience
