• Involved in Order Processing (process incoming P/O from customer & issuance of P/O tosuppliers)• Handling direct mails activities, product sourcing, preparation of quotations, design flyers andbrochures, support in AR collection.• Handling walk-in customers and in-house sales.• Liaise with delivery driver on delivery of hardware and consumables to customers.• Responsible in stock management and assist in monthly stock take.• Prepare monthly sales and marketing related reports.• Assist in other administrative duties

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• SPM holder or Diploma in Marketing, Computer Studies, Business Administration or relatedfields.• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.• Experience in AutoCount accounting software will be an added bonus.• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
