- Support customers with the system implementation on site as well as from office.- Pre-sales and consultation with customers on current situation and userrequirements, developing solutions for the various scheduling challenges as well as aidingthem in designing their data flow and business processes related to their scheduling.- Setting parameters in our software, some basic database settings,system modifications as well as programming plug-ins to add to customers’ functions.- Conduct basic user training and provide post-implementation support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Prior working experience in various manufacturing industries (ie. experience in IT Software support is advantageous).- Must be familiar with database environment (i.e SQL).- Experience in ERP System are encouraged to apply.- Theoretical with programming knowledge is advantageous.- Possess in Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Computer Engineering or equivalent.- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business process and requirements.- Exposure in project implementation is a bonus.- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
