1. Creatively designs an office space based on the clients’ preference2. Can design efficiently within the client’s budget3. Drafting AutoCad drawings and 3D renders4. Prepares Bill of Materials5. Prepares cost proposal and quotation6. Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction7. Reports to Senior Architect/Designer8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, any Engineering course or equivalent2. At least (1) one year work-related experience3. Required Skill(s): a. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the likeb. Cost Estimate/Quantity Surveyingc. Can read architectural drawingsd. Can create blow up plans based on instructionse. Good communication skills and can coordinate effectivelyf. Can work efficiently with minimal supervisiong. Can deliver results fast and accurateh. Resourceful and Creativei. Experience in Architectural Interior Design and Office Fit-outj. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantagek. Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantagel. Knowledge in MEPFS, FDAS is an advantagem. With professional license is an advantagen. With drivers’ license is an advantage
