1. Compute costs, prepare bill of materials and quantity take off, estimate requirements for all involved work scope for the complete office fit-out construction and/or renovation works.2. Obtain and coordinate supplier’s material quotation necessary during bidding.3. Coordinate with the design team and handle all material approval and facilitate the required specifications prior for purchasing with all involved vendors.4. Prepare tender and contract documents.5. Evaluate and monitor sub-contractor’s claims and variation orders.6. Monitor and control progress payments to all sub-contractors.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
1. Male or Female 2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.3. Preferably with professional license, but not required.4. With 5 years working experience in Office Fit-out Construction and/or Renovation is required for this position.5. Extensive knowledge for not only architectural, not only mechanical, not only electrical but also for overall office fit-out.6. Extensive knowledge and usage of AutoCad software application is an advantage.7. Good oral and written communication skills8. Computer literate9. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
