・ Responsible for keeping a full set of accounts
・ Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
・ Prepare audit and tax schedules, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
・ Understanding and applying E-Invoice, SST/Withhold tax regulations on invoices and payments
・ Ensure adherence to financial regulations and maintain proper accounting records
・ To ensure smooth running of the company finance and admin daily operations
・ Perform daily office administration task as and when required
・ Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
✓ 3-5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
✓ Proficient in financial software, and relevant accounting principles
✓ Proven competency using MS Office Application
✓ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
✓ Required languages(s): English, Mandarin. Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates (speak, read and write in mandarin). Supporting stakeholders in the ASEAN
✓ Knowledge in XERO accounting software will be an added advantage
✓ Team player and able to perform multi-tasking in meeting deadlines
✓ Able to work independently with a positive attitude, experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
