MNC IT company. Communicating with multiple level customer support and product expert in order to resolve any issues reported by Japanese customer. Provide support via different support channels (phone, e-mail, chat & online community). Perform detailed log analysis and deep troubleshooting in order to find and resolve the root cause of any issues reported by customer. Develop an in depth knowledge of how security applications work in network.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Diploma or Degree in IT. Native level communication skill in Japanese, both written and verbal (JLPT N2 certification or higher is an added advantage).Candidate must well understand Japanese working culture. Good communication skill in English. Minimum 3 years working experience in technical support role.Excellent knowledge of windows server familyExcellent knowledge of advance diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Good knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, domain registration and administration
