* Take the lead to initiate business relationship with new clients in Malaysia.* Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to expand business opportunities.* Gather business requirements from clients and work closely with internal technical team * Carry out sales presentations and proposals.* Maintain decent relationship with client by providing on time after sales service* Manage, develop and motivate sales force to ensure sales target are met* Prepare sales report to Managing Director whenever required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing and any equivalent. - Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.- Proven experience in leading a team is required, preferably more than 3 years of management experience. - Self driven and aggressive, willing to work in a startup environment.- Excellent communication skills - Problem analysis and decision-making is required for this role.- Possess own transportation
