1. Responsible for site coordination, project, safety, working condition and control of site work organization and meet project deadlines2. Conducts site monitoring and inspection of contractors’ activities to evaluate daily accomplishments3. Monitoring progress of the construction in relation to programmed time table and evaluate work executed in accordance with the project specification and design4. Consolidation of plan and monitoring progress of implementation5. Coordinating with Project Manager, Engineers and sub-contractors on work assignment, work progress and creating solutions of problems in the site6. Checking and reviewing of plans/projects7. Preparing site progress reports and project schedule8. Reports to Fit-Out Manager 9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university2. With at least five (5) years of work-related experience 3. Preferable with five (5) years of experience in IT industry and/or construction fit-out 4. With project management skills 5. Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure6. Can keep up with tight deadlines7. Can perform exceptional client service8. Detail oriented and committed to producing quality works9. Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills10. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively11. Knowledge in engineering design and estimates12. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage.13. Knowledge in MEPFS, FDAS is an advantage14. Can prepare Bill of Materials, cost estimate, cost proposal, and quotation15. Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime16. Can effectively enforce safety procedures, rules, and regulations17. Familiarity and can process required documents when needed18. Resourceful and innovative
