1.Ensures the items purchased for the company provide the best possible value and outcomes, whether goods for resale, equipment, services or materials. 2.Review historical and competitive costs to identify cost savings opportunities and variances.3.Adept at analyzing the needs of the company and possible choices for purchase to meet these needs at the best prices possible while taking into account quality. 4.Ensures that the delivery of purchases meets the needs of the company without causing shortages or excessive surpluses. To gauge what levels must be kept of purchases to ensure consistent resource availability and performance.5.Compute costs, prepare bill of materials and quantity take off, estimate requirements for all involved work scope for the complete office fit-out construction and/or renovation works.6.Obtain and coordinate supplier’s material quotation necessary during bidding.7.Coordinate with the design team and handle all material approval and facilitate the required specifications prior for purchasing with all involved vendors.8.Prepare tender and contract documents.9.Evaluate and monitor sub-contractor’s claims and variation orders.10.Monitor and control progress payments to all sub-contractors.11.Ensure books and databases are up to date and

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1.Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics and other related/equivalent courses2.At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Procurement & Sales functions and procedures3.Relevant work experience in Office Fit-Out industry is a must4.Strong connection with vendors and manufacturers5.Supply chain work-related skill6.Preferably knowledgeable in Basic Accounting7.Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges8.Good oral and written communication skills9.Computer literate10.Proficient in Microsoft office
