Provide full administrative and secretarial support Maintaining and managing MD''s schedule, including meeting arrangement, conference calls and ensures the MD''s calendar is followed and respected.Arranging business trip including transports & accommodations. Interpretation of Japanese/English/Chinese/Malay for both internal and external communication by the MD, ensure smooth communication delivery. Assisting in the organisation of events

Candidate must obtained at least Bachelor Degree in any fieldHigh integrity and professional ethicsAbility to organise and plan own work with proper prioritization. Excellent communication skills. Candidate must proficient in Japanese LanguageExcellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Ms. Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint. With PA/Secretary working experience will be added advantage
