1. Responsible for site coordination, management, safety, working condition and control of site work organization and meet project deadlines2. Conducts site monitoring and inspection of contractors’ activities to evaluate daily accomplishments3. Monitoring progress of the construction in relation to programmed time table and evaluate work executed in accordance with the project specification and design4. Consolidation of fit-out plan and monitoring progress of implementation5. Coordinating with Project Manager and sub-contractors on work assignment, work progress and creating solutions of problems in the construction site6. Checking and reviewing of building plans7. Preparing site progress reports and project schedule8. Reports to Project Manager 9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any Engineering course or equivalent2. At least (3) three years work-related experience in office fit-out and/or construction as project in-charge or project officer 3. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage4. Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantage5. Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively6. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision7. Can deliver results fast and accurate8. Resourceful, creative and flexible
