1. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, discussing with management2. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements3. Maintains and monitors project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues4. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes5. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions 6. Checking of fit-out plan and monitoring progress of implementation7. Completes the implementation based on the targeted date8. Coordinating with Project Manager and sub-contractors on work assignment, work progress and creating solutions of problems in the construction site9. Reports to Office Fit-Out Manager 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction or equivalent2. With at least 5 (five) year experience in office construction fit-out/renovation or related work3. Professional license is an advantage but not required4. Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure5. Must have a project management background & skills6. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage7. Can keep up with tight deadlines8. Can perform exceptional client service9. Detail oriented and committed to producing quality works10. Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills11. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively12. Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work
