-Responsible and accountable for sales in forwarding, courier service and moving.-Issue the quotations and annual contracts.-Identifying potential companies and market-Review the contract and negotiate with customer-Manage with 5-10 subordinate-Organize in Sales meeting-Provide monthly/weekly recap of results and accomplishments to MD & Japan HQ

-Having experience of forwarding at least 5 years-Excellent communication skills-At least 2 year for management experiences-Fluent in Japanese-Must possess own transport
