Handle full set account by using Accounting software- Prepare Monthly management report.- monitor Cash Flow, expenses budgeting and forecasting.- monitoring of compliance of Accounting policies and internal and external controls and etc.- To Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all Accounting matters.- assisting with HR on salary transaction.- submission of income tax and compliance of tax regulation.- issue invoice, payment vouchers and Follow up on payments from customers.- knowledge of SST Malaysia, withholding tax, Foreign Currency transactions.- liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agent, banks, Company secretary and assists in auditplanning and reports.- Provide guidance and support To staff for performing day-To-day activities according To SOPs.- Ensure staff claims are verified and captured in Accounting system.- update fixed assets list and Monthly depreciation.- assist in annual budgeting plan.- assist in Admin works

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.- At least 2 years of external audit experience.- Good time management and able to meet the task deadlines- Strong integrity and able to maintain confidentiality- Knowledgeable in local accounting standards and statutory requirements- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.- Required Skills: Full Set Accounting, Management reporting, Cash flow budgeting/forecasting, SST,Withholding tax, foreign currency transactions- Preferably applicants who have working experience in the digital marketing line.- Race: Chinese only- Male or Female- Age: preferred age around 35- Can start work anytime
