Drive email and push marketing strategies and processes that aim to increase engagement, reduce churn and build loyalty in SingaporeTo maintain in-apps function at best condition from time-to-time.To retain in-apps maintenance including banners, copywriting, contents and initiate for better results.Develop, lead, and execute both ad-hoc and automated campaigns that include weekly marketing and lifecycle programsHave a full grasp of the funnel and set KPIs on engagement and retention to continuously improve uponImplement CRM tools and data optimization, and be responsible for the education of local and functional teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum 3-4 years prior experience in CRM or related fieldsSelf-driven with a passion for customer relationship management and marketingExceptional analytical skills and comfortable with a lot of data and drawing insights to make informed decisionsFluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin with excellent communication skills requiredAbility to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels and teamsPower user of Excel
