- Handle the staffing process from recruitment to on-boarding

- Manage induction for new employees

- Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and respond to related inquiries

- Advise management on the resolution of employee relations issues

- Plan and organize social activities for employees

- In-consultation with Line Managers, co-ordinate with training provider on training needs

- Maintain up-to-date training record

- Handle the processing of payroll for all employees

- Administer employees benefit programs such as health insurance, leave, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・Strong in Excel Knowledge

・Basic IR Knowledge

・Some procurement background would be an added advantage

・Drafting of documentation

・Good command of grammar
