-目標を達成するための最善の方法をチームメンバーに指導する。

-チームメンバーをモチベートする。
Project Manager cum Japanese Translator will be the central point of contact across creative, programming, show production, marketing, design and other lines of business, providing clear and concise planning and communication in order to ensure the successful execution of assignments. A Project Manager cum Japanese Translator should be able to work independently while adjusting and adapting management styles and techniques to the uniqueness of each project is essential to success in this role.
