• Performs basic functions of HR related tasks.
• Maintains and prepares reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Partner with P&O Centre of Excellence to proactively support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that enable
business.
• Supports the development and implementation of initiatives on employee engagement.
• Conduct follow ups on any HR related initiatives
• Work with HRBP to ensure of key project milestones.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or 3years of working experience in HR generalist role.
• Able to work independently & cope with a stressful environment and tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication
• Ability to handle discretion information
• Solid Microsoft skills – Power Point, Excel, Word
