• Working closely with Procurement leads.
• Compile list of approved non-network/IT contracts for monitoring from respective Procurement leads.
• Compile approved contracts/quarterly spending from coordinator/division forum & feedback to respective Procurement
leads.
• Responsible to circulate tracking report on monthly basis to all stakeholders.
• Responsible to liaise closely with contract owners to validate approved contracts/quarterly spending, obtain contract
owners’ concurrence on monthly circulated tracking report, assist to reconcile gap (if any).
• Other related scopes subject to HOD’s instruction.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Good interpersonal skills & pro-active
• Able to communicate well
• Able to analyze & present financial reporting
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IT (Ms. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Team, SAP, etc)
