- This is non-sales role but admin coordinator support for order submission into sales related portal.
- Checking on documents and portal submission (end to end process).
- Follow up, collect any relevant documents from customer if incomplete and inform customer on the order submission.
- Inform Sales/Customer on their Maxis subscription (lines/fibre) activation and installation status.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Min SPM and Diploma holders
- Proven experience in sales admin; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking, proactive problem-solving skill and keep learning the unknown
- Literate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and PP)
- Proficiency in English (ability to speak Chinese will be + points)
