・Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities; contribute to the strategic direction and business development of Malaysia business and future APAC & Middle East market
・Meet established financial goals (topline & bottom line) and objectives while maintaining territory budget by driving business growth through geographical expansion strategy execution
・Identify customer issues and resolves sales-related difficulties. Working with KOLs for strong preference site
・Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation, and all customer follow-up.
・Timely follow up and manage all leads that are distributed in the territory

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Rehabilitation, Neurology, Sports Science, Laboratory Science or equivalent.
✓+ 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the medical equipment industry
✓Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in English and/or in local language for its respective country
✓Solid understanding of the acute, post-acute rehabilitation market in the region.
