- To design the technical course content and program according to company requirement which includes equipment installation, maintenance & predictive maintenance, heavy lifting, scheduling, cost control, quality control, project management, BOQ preparation, tender bidding and negotiation skills.

- The training module should consist of classroom and hands on practical training such as on alignment works, precision tools, all types of welding & piping.

- To design an effective and creative modern training techniques, method and tools.

- To produce training materials, schedule and classroom agendas

- To evacuate results and determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Degree or Master in any professional qualification in related fields

- Certified Technical Trainer is an added advanage

- Min of 8 years or more experience in Mechanical equipment installation and maintenance related jobs in refinery or petrochemical plant with min 3 years as trainer

- MS Office and other instructional software for teaching purposes
