- to incorporate in the training module on elements designed by company for respective targeted audience such as business philosophy

- to have broad knowledge of understanding the common traits, problems, weaknesses and ineffective leadership that drives failed organization

- to design effective and creative modern training techinques

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- at least 8 years experience or more

- MNC experience in training managers, engineers and supervisors
