- Develop and update job descriptions & job specifications of production teams
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
- Manage the process from interview through offer stage
- Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and ensure designated interviewees attended
- Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Coordinate with recruitment agency for relevant job vacancy
- Assisting on company’s branding Social Networking Site (SNS = Facebook, Instagram, Artstation, LinkedIn and Twitter) and event related as requested
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- More than 6 years experience in Recruitments/ HR/ Administrative/ Training from relevant industry.
- Experienced in game industry is a bonus
- Well converse in English
- Positive attitude
