・ Managing industrial relations matters such as planning in resolving company wide disciplinary including conducting
investigation and holding inquires.
・ Provide support, guidance and recommendations to the business in managing risk to the business
・ Maintain cordial relationship with government authorities
・ Roll out company-wide compliance initiatives on a quarterly basis
・ Defalcation Committee on staff related issues
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must obtained Bachelor Degree in HR and Labor Law.
✓ Minimum 7 years and above relevant experience is a must.
✓ Good knowledge in IR/Employment Acts/Labor Laws or Counseling and coaching
✓ Required languages (s)- English & Bahasa Malaysia
