・ To perform installation of mobile telemedicine application system in the Hospital.
・ To perform routine maintenance and established preventive maintenance schedule in the hospital.
・ On site troubleshooting, repairing and able to determine source of problems to recommend corrective actions in
shortest time required.
・ To liaise and coordinate with customer for service contract issue.
・ Manage task and schedules and ensure all service is complete within standard procedure.
・ To ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports and documentation.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
【Must】
・ English Skill (Speaking and Writing)
・ Experience in building a Windows Server (Racking, initial settings, OS installation, etc.)
・ Experience and knowledge to select and purchase IT Server.
・ Knowledge of networks. (You can explain the difference between global IP and private IP)
・ Explain what a virtual Server.
・ In addition to following the manual, request to try various things yourself without asking questions immediately
even if something goes wrong.
【Want】
・ Knowledge of DICOM (*Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)
・ Experience in connecting PACS (*Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and Modality to DICOM.
・ Experience in building VPN. (Explain the difference between “site-to-site VPN” and “end-to- end VPN”)
・ Has the ability to talk to the hospital IT department. (How to remotely access a server such as Team Viewer)
