- Collaborate across the organization in addressing and influencing people agenda and challenges at a strategic level
Partner with People & Organisation (P&O) Centre of Excellence to proactively support the delivery of HR programs
and initiatives that enable business.
- Build effective relationships with line managers to influence, provide advice and support to managers and staff on a
wide range of strategic and HR issues
- Manage the headcount planning and resource cost to enable the business to achieve its Annual Operating Plan
(AOP) targets
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of initiatives on talent acquisition, regional engagement,
Industrial relations matters, development , retention and succession planning to meet the people agenda of the
company
- Represent the HRBP goals and KPIs for the region focusing on talent, digital adoption and culture and work closely
with the Head of Region to be a key support
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least a degree in any field. However experience working in HR related roles and other
projects actively revolving around people would be an advantage.
✓ Preferably between 5 to 10 years total work experience with at least 3 to 6 years solid experience in human
resources or talent management
✓ Possess strong business acumen with ability to build organization effectiveness through HR solutions and best
practices independently
✓ Ability to effectively engage at all levels of employees with good stakeholder management
✓ Analytical and goal oriented with a drive to see initiatives followed through and brought to fruition with advance
project management skills
✓ Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics and / or demonstrate the ability to understand the logic and desired
outcome from common, widely used and global standard HR initiatives , reviews and tools
✓ Thoroughly enjoy working with people and seeing business results achieved by getting the people strategy right
