Sales Account Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As
the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, you the Account Director also coordinates the
resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the
expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
Often you will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively
and financially, while playing a positive role in the companey.
We are especially looking for the person who wants to acquire knowledge of not only marketing, but
also accounting, legal, and other peripheral operations to be a local manager in the future.
– Attend customer enquiries, assist and compile job brief from clients
– Working with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign
– Briefing the creative team and the campaign operation team, allowing them to create an
effective and well targeted proposition for the client
– Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
– Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
– Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
– Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up
– Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements
where necessary
– Analysing the results
– Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
– Reporting to Sales Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

By working as a sales person, he/she can acquire a wide range of business knowledge such as
understanding the budget and client needs. In the future, he will be active in the management
level.

– Business level English & Japanese (N1 is mandatory)
– Basic Microsoft operations
Welcome Skills/Experience:
– Sales experience in lead generation and client engagement.
– Experience in web production and web marketing industry
– Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms

– The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Effective team management capabilities
– A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
