Digital Consultant is responsible in identifying which media platforms will be the best to achieve our
clients' objectives and reach its target audience, creating a presentation deck to make a presentation
to clients as a consultant, setting up and optimizing the ad campaigns, suggesting how to improve the
performance efficiently.
Facilitate teamwork on the accounts and develop good working relationship with the clients, the
suppliers and colleagues to ensure smooth communications
– Create media strategies for clients/brands to establish the goals and objectives, target
audience, message, marketing/digital platforms in which the campaign should be delivered.
– Analyze the existing campaigns, reports and the latest media trends and suggest how to
improve the clients' challenges
– You may be involved with a number of clients and/or brands at the same time, hence it is
important to develop a good understanding and identify specific business needs for each
brand/client.
– Developing and managing timeline
– Providing operation support for clients and ensuring that clients are getting the campaign
delivery on schedule, meet the expectations and suggesting changes and improvements
where necessary and analyzing the results
– Responsible in terms of campaign performance and optimization
– Provide comprehensive campaign reporting including performance summary, campaign
learning with some evidence-based hypothesis and suggestions
– Pro-active in getting solutions with platform support team to ensure the efficiency of ad
delivery, catching news for the new features/solutions and store the knowledge by testing
them

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other self-serve
platforms
– Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
– Excellent in time management, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
– Strong communication and people skills
– Enthusiasm and passionate to work toward high goals
– Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
– Honesty and integrity
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Willing to spend time for new knowledge acquisition
– Person who can think logically
– Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
– Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Malaysian citizens only
Welcome Skills/Experience:
– Experience in providing consultation in any industries
– Experience in online agency planning, campaign management, operational aspect of
process
– Knowledge of ad serving technologies and the challenges or opportunities they present
including:
1. How click, impressions and conversion tracking work
2. 3rd party tagging and tracking
3. Identify tracking differences/issues with the ability to solve quickly when they arise
– Knowledge of commercial deal structures within an internet environment
– Ability to manage budget, profit margin and revenue tracker.
