・To advise all levels within the group on organizational policy matters as well as industrial relations policies
・To follow through with recommendations and implementation of required changes to the policies and/or behavioral actions of all stakeholders. To provide guidance on process improvements where possible.
・To ensure that the Human Resource Executives in the team, processes payroll in a timely manner and with accuracy and to improve on the current processes payroll processing process if deemed necessary.
・Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
・To plan and implement Employee Engagement & Recreational Programs which will benefit the mental and physical health of employees within the group as well as to foster positive attitude towards the groups’ organizational objectives.
・To analyze and suggest improvements to the current Compensation & Benefíts policies in order to establish competitive programs as well as to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
・Leading a team of HR executives
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must obtained Degree in HR Management.
✓Must have consistent upward movement within Human Resources in their resumes; starting from a junior/entry level position and moving upwards
✓Communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal is important as the role will be in high contact with all senior managers and employees.
