・ Provide Technical support to our group companies and Project Engineer.

・ As a Project Engineer who promotes technical support for Plant project of overseas Local subsidiaries (local corporations), you will work with our engineers (piping, welding, electrical, mechanical) and act as bridge between the local subsidiary and the company. You will extract and organize issues from a technical perspective and contribute to the success of the local subsidiary's projects.

・ Technical support activities through mid-to long term business trips to domestic and overseas subsidiaries in Malaysia.

・ Understating technical issues and breaking down the scope of current subsidiary projects.

・ Coordination requests for assistance from engineers (piping, welding, electrical, mechanical) .

・Compiling the results of technical assistance and reporting/sharing them with local law.

・Support and training of local engineers, and support for application of technical standards.

・Promoting the accumulation and deployment of technical knowledge and the visualization of support.

・Technical follow up in collaboration with project management

・Collaboration with education dept to accumulate technical know-how and provide training support

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓　More than 10years of practical experience and the ability to promote project planning and Maintenace and the ability to promote project planning and Maintenace management as project Manager / Plant Maintenace Engineer (Oil and Gas)

✓　Understanding the structure and operation principles of rotating equipment (pumps, fans, compressors, turbine etc)

✓ Read and understand machine design with Defect drawings, confirm equipment and specifications, and understand structures

✓ Abundant experience in dealing with defects and problems (cause analysis (RAC) and counter measure management etc)

✓ Deep knowledge of regular repairs and daily maintenance work (PM, Pdm, CM)

✓ Failure prediction management and equipment diagnosis technology (vibration analysis, lubrication management etc)

✓ Experience in on site Constuction management, safety management, schedule and cost management

✓ Experience in providing Maintenace support or setting up overseas plants would be a plus

✓ Experience in creating overall project plans resource management and budget management

✓Creating a lift plan and selecting heavy equipment

✓Experience in technical coordination and negotiation with multiple departments

✓Proven Track record in Project Progress management, risk management and reporting system construction

✓Basic Theories of Mechanical engineering, Maintenace engineering and and plant equipment design and construction

✓Experience in design and construction in accordance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO etc)

✓ Basic understanding of Project management

✓Ability to create technical documents using Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio, MS Project ,

✓ Technical communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)

✓Those who have a sense of balance between technology , field work and planning, who are flexible and have the ability to execute.

✓Those who can demonstrate leadership in a cross-cultural and multinational envirment

✓Those who wants to work globally (southeast Asia , middle east)

✓ Plant engineering experience (10years +)

✓ Those who are familiar with any of the following technologies
-Machinery
- Piping
- Electricity
- Instrumentation

✓Ability to carry out work in English (TOEIC 800 or above)

✓ Ability to adapt and willingness to travel overseas

✓ Those who are skilled in logical thinking and negotiation and coordination skills

✓ Experience in EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) Project, TA, SDN (Plant malignance)

✓ Experience in project management in multinational environment

✓ Experience in building technical support system and on-site training
