・Responsible for sales activity in IT development center on blockchain technology.

・IT solution sales utilizing blockchain technology. Listen to customer requests and propose solutions and services for solving customer issues.

・Sales for SaaS model products

・New development sales and route sales

・The content of the hearing from the customer is reflected in the product, and needs to involve the customer, sales, and technical team to create the service.

・ Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives

・Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales

・Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products

・ Documentation and control of target achievement

・ Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients

・ Reporting to the Executive Board

・ Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly

・ Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings

・ Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences

・ Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service

・ Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership

・ Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance

・ Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Needs to have IT back ground.

✓N1 level Japanese

✓Management Experience（ at least 1 or 2 subordinates)

✓Preferable to have sales experience

✓7-10 years relevant industry experience

✓Excellent written and oral communication skills.

✓Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.

✓Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other team members.

✓Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of blockchain business.

✓Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

✓Strong skills and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel,
