- Manage a set of client accounts assigned

- Prepare the quotation (New / Renewal)

- Process the order requirement

- Handling new enquiries and complaints

- CRM management to register & qualify opportunities

- Consult supervisor & share deals progress, plan, and deliverable.

- To ensure the cadence and hygiene of pipelines

- Collaborate with internal teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Must obtain at least Diploma or above in relevant background.

- 2-3 years working experiences in Sales or similar role is required.

- Cold calling and client relationship management skill.

- Possess knowledge with dealing with clients and target for new prospect.

- Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Aggressive and pro-active attitude.

- Telco industry experience will be a strong added advantage.
