- Responsible for warehouse and shipping processes and management including handling export and import activities.

- To attend Japanese customers and ensure the report been submit according to the time frame given.

- To support the superior in terms of language barrier between English and Japanese as a communication bridge

- To manage and coach the warehouse team including to ensure smooth daily activities

- Prompt reaction to resolve daily operational and logistic issue

- To be responsible for the safety and security of the site including the 5S activity.

- To perform other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Good command in English & Mandarin. Ability to converse in Japanese fluently

- Team player, committed, able to attend to urgent cases beyond the normal office hours or during the weekend and Public Holiday

- Ability to adapt in multicultural working environment. Proven ability to work on cross functional and multicultural teams

- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment

- Possess own transport

- Applicants must be willing to work in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas and willing to travel within Johor
