1. To direct and coordinate activities among the departments to achieve Company’s plan and
objectives of achieving higher sales plan, budgeted stocks balance and purchases plan to
achieve better cash flow plan.

2. To establishes organization structure and delegating works to subordinates between your managing departments.

3. To determine action plans to meet the needs of the Management.

4. To direct all administration works, manage utilization of materials, facilities, and human resource to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.

5. Responsible to provide Japanese to local language translation vis versa either through verbal communication or documentation.

6. To maintain authority over the budget, train and arrange jobs to staffs assisting you in your scope of job responsibilities.

7. To follow direction set by the Management to implement programsto ensure the attainment of the business plan.

8. To participate in developing policies and strategic plans for your area of responsibility.

9. To manage the operations of the departments and optimizing coordination between departments (Store and Warehouse for stocks, Material Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Orders Planning and production Planning, and Factory Production Process Planning).

10. To ensure all internal jobs functions are carried out in accordance with the Company’s ISO 9001:2015 requirements and that the periodical review and revision of the procedures are carried out as and when necessary to further improve the Company’s quality system.

11. To take disciplinary actions on employees who have committed misconducts.

12. To manage OKM’s head quarter monthly sales order with optimum the stocks to achieve higher sales and prompt delivery, and without material shortage, and to avoid inward cost via air freight or courier service.

13. To optimize the Company’s resources by closely controlling or reducing the slow moving or written off stocks, fixed cost and products’ cost by fostering business relationship with suppliers locally or oversea, freight forwarder, shipping agent, etc.

14. To consult superior for assistance when there is any potential problems / matters / disputes arise.

15. To review and make revise products costings as and require to accommodate the currency frustration.

16. To manage and handle yours subordinates’ duties and responsibilities when they are on leave.

17. To manage your department’s for sufficient material stocks planning, manpower planning, execution in order to achieve prompt delivery for customers orders.

18. Responsible for the factory operation management.

19. Responsible to review and handle administration, management for your departments together with relevant and related monthly reports.

20. To manage all external government authorities matters which relate to the Company’s operation. Responsible in liaising with custom-LMW, auditors, government authority and consultants, such as OSHA, Machinery Department, DOE for schedule waste
