・Work closely with marketing team and be responsible to deliver all events with good planning and

・Coordinating to meet events’ goals and expected results

・Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken
accordingly

・Manage customers and the public with tact and diplomacy and relationship building

・Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events

・Coordinate with external providers, delivery partners and field teams in the delivery of their
services

・Arrange and test all event logistics including audio visuals, décor and overall setup to ensure all are in good working order

・Prepare after event reports

・Handle brand new shopping mall advertising and Promotion activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Event Management or equivalent

✓Has 4 -5 years of corporate event management experience

✓Work with shopping mall advertising hand will be the most advantage

✓Self-motivated, excellent discipline, independent and willing to learn and time-management skills

✓Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

✓Good people interaction skills

✓Planning and organizing skills. Has eyes for details

✓Networking and relationship building skills

✓Critical thinking and analytical skills

✓Must possess own car and no hesitate if required to work outstation
