• Manage all aspects of payroll cycle delivery including year-end payroll process and tax reporting.
• Ensure that all regular, supplemental and equity compensation transactions are properly taxed and report
• Facilitate payroll system migration
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the payroll process
• Reconcile all payroll related accounts
•
Design and implement payroll metrics, reports and reconciliations and informative payroll reports to meet the needs of the business
• Assist on both internal and external audit issues and implements corrective actions eliminating the root cause of issues, as needed
• Drive to continuously improve the payroll and reporting process
• Responsible for managing and maintaining processes associated with interfaces with third party systems
• Ad hoc projects as necessary
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of working experience, preferably in payroll and HR administration related experience
• Proven ability to manage varied initiatives, adjust to changing priorities, stay focus and organized ensuring objectives are met
• Knowledge and familiarity with local statutory and taxing requirements
• Proven ability to effectively coach team members to achieve performance, develop position relationship and foster collaboration with stakeholder/vendor
• Strong analytical ability demonstrated by the ability to identify issue and offer solutions
• Exhibits as positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities, meet new challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstrates commitment to the job
