・Strategic Planning and Execution: Formulating business strategies that align with EKTECH's vision and long-term goals, with a strong focus on emerging technologies such as IoT, 5G, and network security. The Managing Director also pursues new business opportunities in these areas​

・Business Development and Partnership Management: Managing relationships with major telecom companies and IT firms, both domestically and internationally. The Managing Director is responsible for expanding EKTECH’s enterprise-focused network and security services by strengthening corporate partnerships​

・Operations Management: EKTECH operates a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Managing Director ensures operational efficiency and optimization. This involves managing nationwide support services for clients​

・Financial Oversight: Supervising the company’s financial strategy, including investments, budgeting, and cost management. The Managing Director is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring profitability and financial stability.

・Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, especially in areas related to network security and data privacy, while managing risks associated with these issues​
