• Processing of PO issued by overseas dealer

• Liaise with Warehouse team to check stock availability for exporting purpose

• Provide proforma invoice for customer with prepayment terms.

• Executing daily PO to overseas supplier (THQ, TPS & THCD)

• Updating PO received into daily progress report and OBM system

• Coordinate with oversea suppliers & forwarders for upcoming shipment

• Coordinate and preparation of shipping documents with regional dealers

• Compilation for the dealers Export Control documentation

• Monthly Sales data analysis and reporting for management

• Customer payment monitoring

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Diploma or Degree and above

✓Minimum 2 years' working experience for same job, preferably in similar capacity

✓Minimum 2 years of experience a sales coordinator in regional support

✓Experience in liaise with supplier oversea and handle oversea dealer

✓Experience in issue PO and shipping documentations

✓Knowledge of OBM Accounting software

✓Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, power point etc)

✓Language (English, Written & Spoken)
