1. Responsible to check and input supplier’s purchase order and invoices, including forwarding invoices.

2. Prepare payment vouchers, claims, data entry and payment distribution.

3. Petty cash control.

4. Responsible to check physical reject goods.

5. Assist on physical inventories data check or input.

6. Update online banking detail.

7. Key in requisition slip for local supplier.

8. Responsible for fixed asset control (Autocount system).

9. Maintain of proper accounting records and filling system.

10. Perform clerical duties, record keeping and other ad-hoc administrative task.

11. Perform any other task as required by immediate superior time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

2. Required skill(s): Autocount Accounting

3. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
