・ Maintain high quality of technical / soft skill training program conducted within the organization.
・ Standardise internal/external technical & skills training within group companies.
・ To assist in-house training & development matters.
・ To continuously monitor and supervise the quality & quantity of Internal/External trainers within company group.
・ To perform general administrative functions according to the needs and functional to every
section.
・ To align training planner with HR team.
・ To have good discipline, moral and work responsibilities with team spirit at work place.
・ To have good relationship and good communication among Department Head, superiors and all staff.
・ To translate Japanese language to local language and vice versa during meeting, training, discussion or communication.
・ To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by Department Head and Executive/Supervisor as request and if necessary.
・ Able to perform translator work effectively.
・ Able to conduct training to factory operator / Supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum a Degree holder preferably in the field of Science or Engineering Studies.

✓ Personnel without such qualification but with a minimum of 5 years working experience in related field may assume the position, subject to management approval.

✓ Good communication in Japanese, English & Malay language.

✓Interaction skills.

✓Knowledge about rules, regulations and procedure in Human Resources & administration.

✓Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Expected to possess, but not limited to the following specific abilities:
✓ Communication (verbal, written)
✓ Problem solving abilities, particularly in executive level.
✓ Negotiation
✓ Friendly.
✓ Assimilate information.
✓ Foster Teamwork Interpersonal skills
✓ Prioritize options.
