・ Well versed in Inco Terms, import/export/sales duties and taxes, customs clearance procedures

・ Good command of written and spoken English

・ Working together with Logistics Manager/ Assistant Manager/Operations staff in liaising with transportation/forwarding agencies/suppliers/customers for all shipments ensuring the accuracy on timely import/export deliveries to customers

・ Making competitive quotation before deadline

・ Coordination with customer, Japan agent and supplier

・ To perform any other job assignments as directed by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Degree/Professional Certificate

✓Must be minimum 3 years working experiences in logistics preferably in Freight Forwarding.

✓Required language(s): English/Japanese

✓Possess positive attitude, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure

✓Computer literate

✓Good communication skills
