・Responsible to attend site visit and conduct technical support onsite locally.
・Provide adequate training to technician for air-conditioning installation, troubleshooting and repairing.
・Highlight of technical issues faced during customer support visits to Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) and R&D Department.
・Lead a team of technical staff in performing day to day technical support activities.
・Communicate with other departments (QAQC, Production and R&D) for efficient and effective technical support.
・Coordinate and conduct training for affiliate, technician and other stakeholder.
・Provide good service, plan and executive the technical support to customers.
・Ensure sufficient technical customer support is readily available.
・Assist Manager to develop customer technical support strategies from time to time.
・Ensure total customer satisfaction through on time solving of customer’s technical issues.
・Enhancement effective communication in between Japanese Superior & Customer to ensure technical support activity is running smoothly.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Mechanical & Mechatronics) or equivalent qualifications from reputable education institution with minimum
✓CGPA 3.0 or second class upper.
✓Candidate must be able to communicate in Japanese, Bahasa Melayu & English.
✓Possess own transportation & required travel to site independently when necessary.
✓Possess good communication and like to serve and work with people from different culture.
✓Candidate possess HVAC knowledge would be an added advantage
